Loving Each Day

With life moving so quickly these days, it's nice to have a touch point to bring us back to our spiritual center. Loving Each Day is a free, daily email designed to uplift, inspire, and remind you of your divinity and true nature.

Re-attune yourself to the Spirit of the heart and the loving, and the Kingdom of Heaven.

You've probably heard it said, "To err is human; to forgive, divine." Knowing our divinity and ourselves as spiritual beings in this world has a whole lot to do with what forgiveness is all about.

If you have habitually contracted, you may walk through life having a lot of pain and suffering, and may resign yourself to this: "Well, no pain, no gain." That's nonsense. There is always an opportunity to have great gain with great joy.

Never forget that you are more than what you do. You are more than anything you teach. You are more than anything you say. You are more than anything you could ever express. Always keep in mind that the highest good will prevail and that your main job is simply to cooperate with it. It's ironic, but the key to being truly in control is to cooperate.

John-Roger, DSS
When you go out into the world, always ask for the Light to surround and protect you, and to move ahead of you for the highest good.

John-Roger, DSS
If you worry too much, you can become ill. And if you get ill, other people have to take care of you. So, by worrying, you may create more problems than you're trying to solve. It's much easier to give your problems to God, or to the Light.

John-Roger, DSS
You have to stop looking out there at artificial goals and reach inside of yourself and make things happen, make things move, make things change. You work from your inner level of harmony, from your center of Light. Then you push that out to the goal, and you have achieved your goal. You achieve the goal from the balances within you. This is part of directing the Light energy.

We are creators, and as creators we always have a choice level. Even if some part of a situation seems beyond your control, you have a choice. Consider that if it was in your power to make a change, you'd be making some changes. You still and always have choices.

John Morton, DSS
At the end of every prayer, I add the phrase, "for the highest good of all concerned." Sometimes I shorten it to "for the highest good." In saying those words, I am acknowledging that I don't know what is best but that a higher intelligence does.

John-Roger, DSS
The whole process that we go through here is based profoundly upon the heart. And not the heart that hurts but the heart that has the wisdom to know how much to love, when to love, and when to back off.
